Susan began her journalistic career in the Canberra Press Gallery in the mid-80s as a political reporter for 2UE, and then worked in New York and London as a foreign correspondent, moving to the Austereo Network.
Returning to Australia in the early 90s, Susan and her business partner identified a need for realistic, skills-based media training.
Since then she has worked extensively in the corporate sector, as well as with government, non profit organisations and unions. Based in the Blue Mountains, Susan works throughout Australia and overseas.
She has studied adult learning with master trainer Stephanie Burns, passed several levels of the training design program 4MAT, and completed a train the trainer program through Western Sydney University.
Susan is an active member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and a Board member of NSW Family Planning.
